The Department of Education at IETT dedicated this organization to the children, who for months due to the pandemic situation could not enjoy their games. “Weekends Summer Camp 2020” was an innovation that was offered for ages 8-12, amid the fresh air of the hills of Durres, which was positive and welcomed by the participants.
The activities were varied during the three days where the English teaching sessions were beautifully combined with various games which highlighted the language, communication, social and creative skills of the children.
Part of the program during the three days were ‘War’ with water balloons, Dodge ball, Snacks and fresh drinks, games do not get hot, chalk / sticker twister, animated movies with popcorn arts & crafts, mini camping in the garden, treasure hunting , pool games, swimming competitions, karaoke, singing songs around the artificial campfire, basketball, volleyball, lighting the wish light and much more.
The camp ended with a party at the pool, with a selection of songs from the animated films as well as the distribution of certificates of participation.
