“Regenerating European Tourism through Culture, Heritage and Creativity” is the theme of the ECTN international conference, which is being held from October 20-23 in Athens, Greece.

The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism was part of the conference with the theme: “Archaeological sites and museums as cultural tourist attractions in Albania” presented by the Director of IETT, Prof. Ass. Dr. Ramiz Zekaj.

The 14th ECTN conference focuses on the latest trends in the field of culture, heritage and sustainable tourism, including innovation, digitization, creativity and the development of cultural tourism products. It also highlights the important role of culture, heritage and creativity in the regeneration of European tourism, after the pandemic crisis in 2020 and 2021.
