This attraction is located between the villages of Nikolica and Arrëza, in the southeast of the Morava mountains.

The special feature of this area is that it stands out for its complicated physical-geographic construction. It consists of igneous rocks, terrigenous and very little of limestone.

It is a cross-border area important for the exchange of faunal and floristic elements with Greece. There are many rare and sub-endemic plants. The forest is dominated by Beech (Fagus sylvatica), accompanied by Macedonian Fir (Abies borisii regis), less often by Black Pine (Pinus nigra) and Pine (Quercus cerris). It is also an important point for the big vertebrates: the Bear (Ursus arctos), the Wolf (Canis lupus), the Wild Goat, the Roe, which give it Balkan importance for didactic, scientific, biological values.

This is one of the regions that is very little known by ordinary tourists, but for the values ​​it carries, it is a very valuable asset. It is home to many endangered, endemic, sub-endemic plants, various endangered animals as well, it has a rare natural beauty that almost gives it the appearance of an untrodden wild area.
