The European Cultural Tourism Network (ECTN) is the only pan-European network for Cultural Tourism Development and promotion. Its mission is to bring together the tourism and cultural industry professionals working in different regions of Europe to exchange experience and information on best practice and to develop new approaches and innovations.
The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism (IETT), during its participation in the 12th International Conference organized by ECTN in Granada, reached a cooperation agreement with the President of this organization, Mr. Raitis Sijats, and its Secretary General, Mr. Manos Vougioukas, regarding the IETT membership in the European Network of Cultural Tourism. Following the approval of ECTN Board, since January 2020, IETT is officially member of this network.
