In the framework of awareness events organized by the NEST Project and the Ministry of Finance and Economy, for Interreg IPA CBC Italy – Albania – Montenegro, IETT participated in a two-day online meeting which focused on discussing issues for the establishment of a “lively laboratory” “(living lab), for the development of intelligent tourism in Albania.
Some of them had to do with:
– Identifying the needs of information, networking and technology needed for an efficient, effective and intelligent management of our tourist destinations
– The digital ecosystem and ICT instruments we use to promote tourism
– Marketing strategies and the importance of promotion
