The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism participated in the online meeting “Inspirational Economy and NGOs” from the International Institute of Inspiration Economy Project, IIIE.
The session was led by Dr. Khawla Al-Muhannadi and Dr. Muhamed Buheji, Founder of IIIE.
The lecture contained a detailed presentation by Dr. Buheji, first on the role and objectives of IIEP, then on Re-dimensioning the role of NGOs based on Inspirational Economy. During his lecture he explained the evolving eras of Inspirational Economy, as well as understanding different scenarios on socio-economic problems.
“The role of NGOs in creating Inspirational Models” was a topic that was received with interest by the participants, where the role of IIIE in terms of enriching a community was taken as an example. During the discussions were mentioned the main activities that should be implemented to identify and solve problems in the community.
The meeting ended with questions from the participants and them sharing their experiences on the difficulties they face in implementing projects for the benefit of the community.
