One of the priorities of the Institute of Education, Heritage, and Tourism (IETT) Albania is to train and prepare young people for the job market, supporting them in the development of their professional and academic competences. In this context, from October to December 2024, working practices were carried out at the Institute, specifically for the role of office assistant. Under the supervision of the IETT coordinator, participants gained knowledge in cultural heritage and tourism, along with qualifying experience that will contribute to the growth of their professional and personal skills. IETT remains a benchmark for youth development, creating opportunities to strengthen their role in the community and prepare for the challenges of the future.
