The Institute of Education, Heritage and Tourism (IETT), participated in the meeting with the Albanian members of Interpret Europe (IE), where for all new registrants was made a presentation of the structure, mission and benefits that membership in IE brings.
An annual report on Interpret Europe as well as plans for 2021 were also presented.
Special attention was paid to the trainings and new innovations that can be brought to Albania, following the first training of the ‘Certified Interpretive Guide (CIG)’ organized by IETT in cooperation with the IE in September 2020 in Tirana.
This training was described by the participants as a very valuable experience for all those who work or are related to the fields of heritage and tourism.
In conclusion, future plans for the development of various projects in cooperation with IE were discussed.
