On March 27, 2025, IETT organized a training session with Ms. Franceska Muço, Executive Director of the Young Professionals Network, who shared her knowledge and experience on the skills that young people need to develop for the job market.
The event was attended by young individuals and students from the University College “Canadian Institute of Technology(CIT),” a collaborative partner of IETT.
During the training, several key topics were covered, including the development of soft and hard skills, as well as the preparation of essential documents such as CVs and motivation letters. The goal was to help participants become better prepared for the job market and enhance their employment opportunities.
Participants were also introduced to international programs such as Erasmus+ and the European Solidarity Corps, which offer opportunities for education, cultural exchanges, and volunteering, helping young people grow in an international environment.
The training included interactive activities and games designed to help participants develop their skills in a practical and engaging way.
